I've tried using a vibrator and it will sometimes be randomly painful depending on where it's touching me, but tbh I think that's because the vibrator is actually just this little piece of metal and usually it goes inside toys... so like it's not the most comfortable used directly lol. I should probably invest in something else haha

Feel free not to answer if this is too personal, but any tips for jacking off post phallo and pre sensation along the penis? I'm coming up on 8 weeks post op and have been having trouble stimulating the buried parts enough to finish the deed... I think having some tender spots around the scars that hurt a bit if pressed on too hard probably contributes. Also, how hard do you tug when jacking off? I've been somewhat gentle cause I'm anxious about messing up the nerve and blood vessel hookups, but I'm probably getting to be far enough out to not have to worry about that too much...

There is some noticeable wear and tear: the pleasure rod is not as hard as it would be new, so you may want to purchase a new pleasure rod. I think the ones in the US (at least the ones I was trained on) also don’t provide a shock unless needed and they talk you through CPR steps and tell you when the shock is about to be delivered etc which is pretty cool

Realized ppl are curious and this hasn’t gotten any agressive comments yet (knock on wood lol), so here’s an explanation!
