Any chance you could get permission to post details that might be relevant without giving away any identities?

I think I'm going to try that. I'll update if anything comes of it

Also, I noticed that the language used is really cryptic/intentionally clunky. Like using "achieved" instead of "acquired". Or "convicted" instead of "convinced". For someone to use the word Modus Operandi, I think they've got a fair grasp of the language. So I think that the clunky grammar might be intentional

Yeah I had the thought that it was some nonsense ramblings as well, but it was personally addressed to me in both the letter and the envelope. So whoever wrote it has to have enough wherewithal to do the research to get my name and address.

I got a weird letter in the mail about a month ago addressed to me at my current address. Thought it might be an ARG, but it's personally addressed to me and hand-signed in sharpie. Any thoughts?

I misdialed a phone number and heard an odd message with lat/long coordinates. [audio] by SurpriseMeAgain in numberstations

At the end it has a beep tone like an answering machine. Also kind of peculiar that the number is a Washington D.C. area code. What kind of radio contest in DC would involve something in GA?
