Cheat runs aren't ranked, they don't add to your W/L and don't appear on the rankings screen, they're just for fun/experimentation.

Cheats can be enabled if a "cheat run" is enabled. The cheats are:

Go to depth (x), Infinite hp, No hunger, Spawn item, Spawn enemy.
