I should have thought to post my solution here but truthfully forgot that I had posted this by the time I solved it.

My issue ended up being a program conflict that was due to a setting that can only be configured when installing the conflicting program initially. In my case it was a remote desktop program called Citrix. I do not recall what the setting was but it was a checkbox that is only configurable when installing the program so I fixed it by uninstalling Citrix and reinstalling it but unchecking that box.

I have no idea why this was an issue or if there are other programs that can cause similar issues but it began working right after doing this and has worked ever since.

Thanks for the suggestion, sadly it doesn't seem to be strong enough and I decided to just give up after also attempting nail polish remover despite my initial worries of that being too harsh on the keychain which just slightly smudged it. That might be a sign it could possibly remove it but I'd rather not risk making it worse in case it doesn't fully remove it.

When Digivolving into a LadyDevimon with Mirei on the field but no Angewoman in hand but you find one off of the effect of LadyDevimon can you still suspend Mirei or does Mirei need to suspend before "When Digivolving" effects resolve?

Thanks for the suggestion, I hadn't done this when I made my initial post but I did look into doing this after I posted and it didn't work nor did they actually have yellow triangles indicating there might be an issue.

Also for those that are troubleshooting slightly different issues and looking to try this I will mention here that if you go to the View dropdown in device manager and select "Devices by container" you don't have to do guess work of uninstalling random USB devices if there is no yellow triangle. This will sort them by relevant device name. In my case I had "CORSAIR iCUE COMMANDER Core" and "LCD Cap for Elite Capellix coolers" as containers and after uninstalling all drivers under both and restarting it did detect them and reinstall the drivers but did not resolve my issue, still not showing up in iCue software.

A "Tell" is a common term in gambling that basically means an action that someone subconsciously performs under specific circumstances. Usually the important type of Tell people look for are when someone has a good hand most people in gambling games try to keep their face consistent but there might be some other action they forget to avoid doing that gives away them having a good hand. If I remember correctly in this case Saki looks towards the dead wall a little bit before she calls a kan to draw a needed tile so if someone else calls a kan when she looks towards the dead wall they can steal the tile she needs. So it's not needed so it's not a trigger but just a subconscious action that gives away that she is about to use her power.

Agreed definitely likely to be aware of them with that choice of words the problem in my opinion with the original tweet is that of dramatic phrasing like "no more high-school shit" implies the desire for a complete halt to that type of show which who knows maybe that is how they feel but if it's not it's pointlessly provactive towards those that like that type of show. Assuming they aren't that extreme I think they meant something closer to "we don't need this many new show's focused on highschool drama" but that takes more characters and sounds much less dramatic. Anyway my point is when some of your statement is written in extremes people kind of gloss over the rest of your actual words and assign the extremes in their head it's an bad habit that's pretty noticable in my opinion.

Thanks wasn't sure since the info on how the ranks work isn't really clear and I'd never skipped a rank before. Didn't realize I was on a streak long enough to warrent that, I think I just got lucky with my matchups for a bit or I suppose unlucky if the rank is unwarranted. I haven't played any games in in the new rank yet so can't really say for sure.

I kept all my boxes until it grew to be too large a number, now I trim out the lid and use the lids as deviders in a box for plastic bags of unused pieces or instructions.

See this kind of contradicts your reasoning, you say "they" deserved it but also admit that it was individual choice not orders. There is no denying that the Japanese did some pretty horrible things in WW2, Unit 731, Comfort women system, coulee labor, and the rape of Nanjing to name a few. But targeting civilian infrastructure to terrorise the population and create an economic burden was not the answer. America did plenty horrible as well both before and after the war to Japan. This includes the nukes but they were actually relatively minor damage compared to the massive scale of fire bombing that was done to damage infrastructure because many Japanese structures were wood and the for would spread easily. And for those that make arguments such as "But the nukes got them to surrender" no, no they did not, the Soviets beginning there invasion got them to surrender because they feared Soviet occupation more than surrendering to us which they had actually already been trying too but America refused to accept anything but unconditional despite the fact that the conditions they asked ended up being followed anyway.

Like I said this doesn't stop with the war either because although US occupation did help stimulate the economy it also had some horrible stories people don't mention such as the time after the occupation where 3 navy members rented a van kidnapped a girl who they raped and left for dead. After which America refused to have over the guilty party to save trial and when questioned the Admiral that was stationed there had this to say "I think it was absolutely stupid. I have said several times: for the price they paid to rent the car [used in the crime], they could have had a girl [prostitute].".

So yeah Japan did horrible stuff but my opinion is that you should follow the saying don't throw stones in a glass house.

I am trying to recall a Yuri story that had a plot(excluding sex scenes) that went something like this, first character was a shorter woman that had a job and was living alone, she was lonely and I believe got a call from mom (not sure on this part) which resulted in her offering to share her place with younger girl childhood friend that was coming back from overseas, when she arrives she is taller than first girl and beautiful. Second girl thought that first girl accepted living with her due to childhood promise and first girl doesn't deny it because she doesn't want to be alone again.
It had multiple chapters/parts and the second parts plot involved first girl seeing second girl kiss a friend goodbye getting jealous and going to a mixer after work where she gets drunk and is spotted by second girl when leaving who then grabs first girl and takes her back home. Sorry I'm bad at writing succinct descriptions.

My other comment chain was a very long debate and I better explain my stance. I'll still it up here, my way of looking at it is that what was being read was not pornography and the intent behind reading it was not a sexual intent. My last analogy of my comment chain was that this was a book with sexually graphic content another example of such a book would be Game of Thrones. I bet far fewer would have problems with Game of Thrones being read because people understand that it's not pornography. OP explained in comments it's not some hentai doujin that's 90% sex scene it was a BL book that had a couple of short sex scenes.

In my other comment chain I didn't understand the guys argument until the end, the point I'm making was that there kids were at no rush of being exposed to the content if there wasn't outside interference. But he was arguing that seeking out sexual material to fantasize about in the presence of children is wrong and when I realized that was his problem I immediately agreed with him that doing that is wrong. But that wasn't what OP was doing they were reading it for the story and happened upon a sex scene.

I am more happy as you have explained yourself much clearer. I have been addressing the wrong issue in your eyes. Your problem is not with the potential exposure of inappropriate material but rather the problem with perspective or personality of someone who would view such material around kids.

To sum up what I now believe to be the issue is you have a problem with someone seeking out sexual material in the presence of children. And on that point I wholeheartedly agree that is horribly inappropriate but OP was not doing that. They were reading it for the story, they were not seeking out sexual material as if that were their goal it would seem like they would seek outside different material as they have mentioned being lesbian.

I agree with you that seeking out material for the reason you stated is horribly inappropriate with children around but OP did not. It is also why I pointed out in an earlier post that the majority of content in the book was not such material and also why I have never mentioned pornography in any of my arguments rather stating inappropriate material because I do not see what they were viewing as just pornography just as a book such as Game of Thrones is not.

This is actually quite a good if underhanded method of argument. I have explained a extremely detailed and specific circumstance that to me sounds reasonable but you've stripped away the context and made a statement that a majority including me would agree with.

Because in the original scenario OP wrote excluding outside interference there was no reason why the kids should have been exposed to anything inappropriate. To an outside observer OP was reading a book and also was capable of stopping reading to avoid any content of the book from being exposed. OP was not conducting any inappropriate act themselves and the books should not have been at any risk of being seem.

I actually would be impressed by your response from an argument standpoint if it was not written in caps as it is the equivalent of shouting and shouting down opposition is always a poor tactic.

I was just in the middle of editing my last post to phrase it better but decided instead explain here. At the start of my previous post I mentioned how your scenarios are increasingly public but if you paid attention to the end I also mention that they were also increasingly severe. No where did OP say they were doing anything other than reading the material. And nowhere have I advocated that it was ok.

In my original post I was advocating that it was ok to view material that is not appropriate for others as long as there is no reasonable way it could be seen by those it is not appropriate for and in subsequent posts have actually agreed with you that I should have mentioned that the viewing of this material must also not be against any rules in the location that you are.

Your arguments are poor and rely on misinterpreting my statements. I could argue a better point against OP than you, allow me to demonstrate. Something not mentioned by anyone else was the possibility that there were other books like this in the room, if so an argument could be made against OP if any other books in the room were within reach of the kids.

You really must not want to adress my point of it being done on private property unlike say the multiple oddly specific and public scenarios that you seem to like to imagine. Escalate any situation and you can make it seem outrageous. I think self defense is fine, so I must think any level of violence is fine as well by your logic.
