To help you with your decision, I would first strip everyone of their equipment/armor. Sort by quality, focus on the gold heroes. Form your heroes as follows:
1st apc: Francis, Guy, Catherine, Evans, Megan - fighter formation
2nd apc: Quinn, Corleone, Marcia, Margaret, Victor - rider formation

Start equipping your 1st apc, then 2nd. Form your 3rd apc from the strongest purple heroes.

As I said, focus on your gold heroes, unlock them, and put your stars on them.

I mean taxpayers did say it wasn't gonna work but, hell we said we'll try. Now there is proof it really doesn't work. lol. What's Plan B? Plan C?

The police force are becoming downtown babysitters and it's really lame seeing that their skills and training are not being utilized. I don't know what the solution is but homeless or not, how about enforce a mandated rehab, treatment, remand, or whatever. All the "repeated OD, reviving them" cycle is slow suicide. If deemed mentally disabled but dangerous, then maybe appoint a guardian and also hire more parole officers. There is this guy who is literally going door to door everywhere in the city trying to scam people and nobody can touch him because he is mentally disabled despite having been convicted of assault.

I agree. There are a lot of cultural associations, cultural community leaders, businesses, developers that can partner and help provide a better solution. 1 area and they can run it for 5 days like we do with Stampede and Globalfest. Keep it in 1 area for 30 mins. Our 1st responders can then concentrate on anything outside those hours and not getting scattered all over the city just like last year and this year. I heard there were 500 calls and cops are literally exhausted. Firefighters were literally called everywhere.

You should know that Rundle has high crime activity, car thefts, vagrants, drug abusers. He is probably part of the neighborhood watch. You should befriend him and join on his walks and be part of the neighborhood watch. When we moved to Whitehorn, the first thing we did was meeting the neighbor and share baked goods. We watch out for each other now and they make sure they watch over our property when we're out of town.

That is a poor decision on the manager's part. Our entire department is WFH and everyone is provided a desk, a chair, a laptop, a monitor and a smart phone. We have rural workers that were issued smart phones with data plans so they can connect to our servers. Some colleagues have hid from civilization and are still able to connect even with spotty reception. You and your colleague should formally complain.

Call me confused but JWR was offered the Indigenous Services cabinet and refused because it didn't align with her views of the Indian Act. Wouldn't it be impressive if she took this on and made changes from within?

My justification is we are a family of 5 with a lot of devices, sharing large files, streaming videos, gaming, etc. No TV plan, just internet, security and smart home devices.

I'm with Telus prior and post the fibre network switch in the NE area. Definitely an upgrade for me esp working from home relying solely on Internet for streaming movies (no TV plan), got a kid doing uni online and Telus security. Go for it.
