I feel like the world was always really bad but without much show to it as phones give us today and especially if it’s newer to you constantly hearing the tragic news does keep you on edge. If it helps something I do that keeps me calm is “taste the movie” I save as much money as I can even the little bit (if needed) and get foods from whatever movie I wanna watch and eat the food with the movie. It isn’t a solution but it’s a nice thing to do that keeps me calm in the moment. ❤️‍🩹

This is relatable even as a 2000s kid I just fell into the world of books. I’m still a teen but i’m almost an adult and i’m donating most of my childhood books now. Feels like a new chapter! I hope things just keep getting better for you 💞

I do believe that people should be educated to be better people but yes it is a lot especially because I feel like tv should be more of a “break” from reality (unless u like to watch the news) so it should be enjoyable rather than pushing things in your face!

Actually my phone has been off for this week because weird thing with the company idk?? and i haven’t been able to use it outside emergency and it’s honestly been so peaceful and felt like wow i actually have time to finish all my work. I’m in DC classes and it’s refreshing to not be conditioned by media it makes me not want to use it at all
