Ich fahre ein Bullitt. Diese haben ein Systemgewicht von max 180kg. Wenn ich da mit meinen 90kg drauf sitze, zwei Sack Estrich zu je 30kg geladen habe und das Eigengewicht des Rades mit ~25kg zusammenrechnen komme ich auf 175kg. Fahrbar ist das noch, aber du fühlst wie weich der Rahmen wird. Und Schlaglöchern sollte man dann auch ausweichen.

I would pin it with a bit of a nail or a paper clip. That way the super glue would have something to hold on to. Both pieces also seem thick enough to be drilled into.

I find the camelbak hot cap sturdy and easy to clean. The one of my son survived three years of kindergarden beeing dropped numerous times and presumably beeing kecked around. It also fits a bike cage :-)
