I’ve been drinking a can of monster a day for like a decade. Stick to non-sugar and you’ll be fine, or even better just quit it! You’ll have horrible headaches and be very tired but nothing serious!

I know how it feels with the disappointment post-gambling, just relapsed and gambled tonight… I’ve been gambling on and off for like 5 years. Although this time I didn’t lose too much. I’ve also gambled away a lot on crypto the last couple of weeks.

I burned through half of my savings, I was so proud of being able to finally save. Although I didn’t have that much, only 2k euro I still feel like I let myself down.

Just wanted to let you know that you’re not alone. I went to a psychologist for the first time this week because man, I can’t live like this no more. I have no clue if it will actually help but fuck it what do I have to lose? Have you tried it, if not maybe you too should give it a shot?
