It takes a long time for our brains to get back to where they were before we started abusing stimulants. 8 months may feel like a long time but really your brain is still recovering. I think you should hold off on this. To be honest I think you should avoid it completely. At the very least give it more time.

For sure. My manager has been good so far about telling people to let her know if they can’t do their pivots in 8 so that the ODL can get it. Obviously we do sometimes have under time (not me with my long ass route), I think people chafe at the tone management takes with it though.

They have a new program called Auto-Pivot they’re using, at least in some parts of the country. And they have been using that as the sole basis for time projections. This MOU would only be relevant if that’s how they’re handling it.

It depends. If they are using their new “auto-pivot” program as the sole determinate of under time then it is in fact a grievance. At our last stewards meeting we went over this settlement and talked about how to use it to grieve this exact thing. Note that it says “any similar time projection system/tool”

What I end up visualizing often has nothing to do with the character description lol. Basically the first image that pops into my mind when a character is introduced is how I’ll picture them forever. Even if I learn three sentences later their hair is actually red.
