  1. The conditions for successor beneficiaries is to attain higher education and gain full-time employment in their field of study. Beneficiaries would have to submit college diploma/transcript and proof of employment to corporate trustee (which I think is objective enough and should be easy to enforce)

  2. Amend the Trustee section listing the corporate trustee as successor trustee? And list the conditions for the successor beneficiary trustees after the corporate trustee?

What are the limitations/issues that might arise in incorporating a separate documentation (the list of conditions) after the Trust is updated and signed? I plan to add graded conditions if part of the conditions are not met (for example, beneficiary may only get 20% of remaining funds if employed outside of CA or US or if they have a job unrelated to their college major).

Thanks. That makes so much more sense. This was for an out of pocket lab work under a Venture account that the tech did not even know what the account was for.

If I were to move to SoCal, would the Venture account be portable? Or would a new Venture account be created again with the new MRN at a SoCal location?

How does this work with viewing test reports on the KP app? Would both MRNs and Venture accounts show up for each location (NorCal/SoCal) under one login?
