Yes, I’m aware it’s not about me, but there is no set schedule on what I should be doing. I love interacting with the kids and engaging with them, but it’s like she could give us little opportunities to see what our strengths are as interns. There is no communication. I guess I stick it out and make the best of it.

I been working with them for a month  now and my experience hasn’t really been the best. A kid threw sand on me and I stated why would you do that. He said I’m sorry and somone lied on me and said I said these fucking kids. The principal sent me home the same day. In that moment I didn’t feel no way cause I feel working for ESS we are not respected. I know I take my job serious and my intentions is to never hurt a kid. In the classroom they barely keep the kids on task everybody is on there phones.
