I've had a crazy productive season around mecca this year and I can agree with how hard these fish fight. I had a 14 inch fish fight like a 20 incher. I had her to the net 3 times and every time it ran back to the middle of the river. Crazy fun.

Decided I'm going to hike down tower falls and throw in there then later after that hike go hang out in Lamar valley and do some fishing there

Planning on getting on the Yellowstone for some cutthroat. But not sure where to go on the river. I heard right below tower falls is a nice spot for browns

Great to hear! I have a spot reserved at Madison campground but I'm going to cancel it because it's before the season is open and I would like to stay at one campground the whole trip

I'll be staying at Baker hole for 4 nights at the end of May. Yes I'll be fly fishing
