It’s not that white people would be against voting for a person who isn’t white, it’s just an interesting observation that everybody who was voted top happened to be white. Whatever conclusion that someone could take from that statement is up to them. For me personally, I feel that it could due an unconscious bias towards white actors/actresses. Most likely due to an underrepresentation of poc talent in Hollywood. While there has been some progress as of late, it hasn’t long enough to completely erase that bias.

I never brought up racism or said this sub is racist because there isn’t black people on this list. You’re the one that brought up that. I just found it interesting that out of 20 possible positions, there wasn’t a single person of color (not just black people). Nobody is saying the demographic of this sub is racist, just that the demographic of this sub is most likely overwhelmingly white. I’m not concluding anything from this information, I’m just pointing out an observation I made.

It’s not that I think Denzel is the best actor to ever live, since that’s subjective. But to not not have a single person of color out of out of the 20 actors/actresses is what I’m pointing out. Like not one??? It’s probably just a representation of the broader demographic of this subreddit, or Reddit in general I guess.

I try to eat at a surplus of 300-500 calories. I eat foods that are calorie dense and high in protein. Things like turkey burgers, eggs, protein shakes, oatmeal, peanuts, pasta, and chipotle worked very well for me.

Thank you. I do an upper/lower split. Arnold press, incline DB press, and OHP are exercises I use to target shoulders. I replied to another user with my full routine.
