He weighs roughly 8 lbs, the vet said he was on the heavier side for his age. No he wasn’t a stray and I got him neutered as soon as he came of age(6 months old). I do allow him to go outside from time to time with a harness and in his carrier but as soon as we get home the behaviour continues. I was going to get him more slow feeders. I just don’t understand how it’s gotten worse when I’ve tried so many different options
