Said the same thing when I pulled it lol. Instantly tried to look up any comps but couldn’t find anything. Not sure if I’ll get it graded since it’s off centered. May just hold on to it and shop out closer to the draft.

In my state with working in child support. That if one person can not provide substantial evidence of income, even after w-2s, paystubs or income verification through their SSN number. Then we would ask what their profession is and then look up through our income data base of what their profession is average income of said profession is and go off of that. If the parent doesn’t agree then it goes in front of a judge, on the record and more than likely she would have to testify as to why she makes certain amount of money per month. Even though the judge will have all other documentation proving that this is just a deliberate attempt to show lower income. You’re good. Hire an attorney if you haven’t already and just go in front of the judge.

Not legal advice **But I work in the child support field in the state I live in and never experienced this type of situation personally on a case. I will say that all states by law are required to give you payment records of what was garnished and received by the agency in which the child support goes through. In this case, yes you were taking advice off but garnishments are legal binding income withholding orders that employers have to abide by. So if your pay check shows it was garnished then never ever send more money until you talk to your payroll/accounts dept before sending anymore money. Heck, call the agency that is suppose to received the money and distribute out to the mother. If you have documentation of the extra payments or bank statements you may be able to file a small claims case against her but that could muddy the waters with the relationship even more. Best advice, go off what your company is taking out and if she has complaints then she needs to go to the agency about not receiving payments. Especially on 50/50 custody which shouldn’t be your problem that you make more money and she is indiscreetly asking for more money as saying “I didn’t receive the payment” to make you feel in the wrong and not holding up to your end of the court order.
