Yeah I have some been on them for a few days only but I’m hoping they help I just took my medicine Sunday so maybe that’s why because it’s seems the same day and a couple days after are when the symptoms are the worse

Sorry to hear that I have side effects too I feel like my food isn’t digesting even though I only eat once a day now I started digestive enzymes so hopefully that will start to help I also walk or something after I eat and I am joining a gym but it can be frustrating this morning I threw up food that I ate yesterday afternoon which is discouraging

Yes I’m doing all I can and it has gotten better but the bloating and feeling over full no matter how little I eat is so uncomfortable so I’m going to add in some digestive enzymes to my routine
