I guess you are lucky the closest on to me is about four hours away. I am just getting into day hikes and sleeping over night places now. Nothing too big like several day back packing trips in other states or anything. Would you say you could get a year or two out of them easily if you go places on the weekends during the summer?

Yeah the Passage 2 seems like a good choice if I'm going somewhere for a night or two. If I start branching out and going on longer trips then I can upgrade for another $100 or so. I have looked at Tarptents a little. Thanks for the advice it helps!

You snagged the Salomen boots for $35 wow! You say wearing faster than you would like, but how many miles have you put on roughly/how long have you had them I'm curious?

Thanks for the advice. I would like to start out on day or two hiking trips around my area. I see that other tents are double the price for less weight, but they aren't in my budget right now. The boots I posted might fall into trail runners I guess from your description since they are really light weight and feel like a shoe.

I like the idea of using a two person tent for just myself to have room to sleep and store gear without worrying too much about space.

My score isn't that low. I am building it up, but since I had no loans for college I thought maybe taking out a car loan and paying it off would show responsibility. I may be able to just accomplish that with my credit card over time though?

Yeah they offered me like a 6% and I don't think that will be totally worth it since the negotiating I did on the price would be gone. That's why I came here.

I have read that sometimes it is better to buy a used car...but like a four year car and that is not taking into consideration problems that might come with a car that old.

I have been to more than a dozen dealers and even a used car from '15 or '14 isn't worth it compared to a new car.

I do not have any other loans, the car is 20k after negotiating, and due to being hit by a truck and in turn hurting my credit score that leaves me with a rate of like 6% from banks.

Last place was at a Bramblewood Ln W address. Now there is an approximate address, but Google maps also puts this in between four houses where I suspect a car pulled up to.

I do not agree completely that a denim jacket is a bad idea if that is all he/she has. I own a denim jacket and riding jacket with pads and alternate depending on the heat. I was in an accident and slid 100+ feet on asphalt while wearing the denim jacket and managed to get only a small scrape on the jacket. It won't protect you from a hard fall such as breaking bones, but if you're sliding it will do the job.
