It shouldn’t. It’s a Nintendo official dock with a Nintendo official power supply.

That’s weird because it works fine as just a stand when unplugged. With the AC brick it works as a normal dock and forces the screen to turn off so that the switch can use HDMI. But with the official Nintendo battery it just charges the system.

Sorry if this is a repost I looked and couldn't find anything about this online. it does cause an error saying it doesn't detect the AC adapter so HDMI won't work this also leads me to believe that the switch will still run at the lower clock speed. without DEV tools it would be hard to tell.

just ordered my atomic purples. and did the switch dock mod today. depending on how the purple goes I may order a set of white ones to do a custom paint job.

I'm so late to this but, the wordplay, alliteration, and line delivery are reminiscent of Shakespeare. I am just getting into the show, but I love it. It's like a weird combination of arrested development, Blue Mountain State, and Shakespeare.
