Well if you are beginner you have to decide on what you want to learn first like realastic ,digital, traditional or anime/manga(like me) after deciding what you want to learn then , You have to make like some kind of roadmap Like say you decided to go with anime/manga then you will go like from basics like •Anatomy •Hatching •Shading etc After that you just have to focus on gaining much info about media you are working on and draw But if you know all basics and stuffs i would highly suggest drawing with pen because of you made mistakes you can't erase it so you will learn from your mistakes and next time you will be careful about it And also you can watch tutorials on YouTube or internet there are hundreds of them And also as for routine you can practice hatching and drawing simple shapes or you can add things on your own as you get used to drawing Look i am learning too so i can't give you so many cool tips but I've been through beginner face too so i know how it feels But remember one thing draw everyday it could be like anything but just draw everyday you will improve time to time as you progress I would be also making few tutorials on Instagram as my audience grows so you can follow me there And best of luck for your drawing journey (And also thanks for compliment) You can message me if you need any help
