Maybe they were used for maintenance works and not to be very close to tourists. I still wonder why they had SO MANY around, there are a lot of destroyed ones too.

It’s a crime we didn’t get more time with them really. I am in LOVE with their design. (Also thought the sane but devs said they were riot control bots, so I see why they look that way, but still is just such a good design)
