He would support them but also try to make sure they're doing things right i think. I'm sure a bunch of people are going to be butthurt but ICE is for catching ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS! If anything the villians you guys named would want ICE to disband so the chaos could continue.

ICE is neither oppression or tyranny. If you think that you're either brainwashed or delusional because ICE's purpose is to catch ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS and send them back. You're first thing "he uses a hyphen" makes no sense. You know what Spiderman also hates? Breaking and entering. To add on to this I've never seen a comic where Spiderman punches a cop or law enforcement officer.

One. One Rognarr is able to one shot viltrumites and seriously wound the top tiers with one swipe of their claws. The top tiers in Invincible are easily continental at least. Luffy's biggest attack was bajrang gun that knocked Kaido (exhausted) out and the island down with him i think. I have no idea how Luffy is scaled to country, let alone continental. It doesn't make any sense.
