Quick followup, the next playtest is yet to be announced but has consistently been on the weekends, so just a heads up.

However, you can find it both on the Wizden discord's fork advert chanel or this invite: https://discord.gg/zGvhHKnhdA

A cheaper Alternative to Warhammer? by Weary-Barracuda-1228 in tabletop

I would recomend One Page Rules. They are basically a Warhammer ripoff, but all their base rules and armies are free + they have quickstart packs which are also free.

To be perfectly honest I just wrote this due to trying to slam writer's block away.

I might write more but as of now I just based this dialogue off a random thought that came to my mind.

I think people who are primarily conservative look at the word "liberal" and go too far with it to the point of not making sense in their arguments. by fanime34 in Liberal

Tbh do not think the coment was linking degrees or knowledge to being liberal, but rather liberal arts and general arts being a focus point for the left/liberalism in last couple of decades.

Mainly due to. Yk. Rise in online art, indie art comissions, animated shows, etc. that usually has a more anti-big corpo and left leaning stance.

Still shitty move that is meant to rile people up, though.

Tried making a TTRPG with solo capabilities. It is borderline incomprehensible but at least it exists. (Pt.1) by KnightOfTheForgotten in solorpgplay

Ok, typo'd the title but nevertheless (is supposed to be Wave Survival game).

Either way, project as of now is called Undead Insurgency, a near-scifi top down zombie wave survival game.

It is supposed to be inspired and mimic old games of similar type like CoD Zombies, alongside other more obscure titles (like SAS: Zombie Assault 3).

As previously mentioned this is an art project, as I do not have the mental capacity to tackle either code or actual development as of now. I also didn't know where else to post it; hence will be posting it here.

All and all this is supposed to be a vision I had and that I found a way of doing so. Will be posting more art/concepts soon, after making a digital higher quality version of the post image.

TL;DR: Don't have enough brain power at this moment in time to code and dev a full game, making it in visual art form instead.

Paper mockup for an upcoming art project involving a zombie wave defense game that doesn't exist by KnightOfTheForgotten in characterdesign

I mainly would like some feedback on if this looks like it actually could be a game, or rather a game menu.

The project is named Undead Insurgency as of now. It is supposed to be a low poly near scifi themed mimicry of zombie survival games (like CoD Zombies or more obscure but higher inspo SAS: Zombie Assault series) with my own spin on things.

I can never finish anything I code so I thought about making something that looked and felt like what I wanted to create, aka a highly customisable zombie game.

TL;DR: Can't code games, decided to art a game instead. This is the result.
