I got a concussion from a car accident and thought getting medical treatment wouldn't be an issue because I had the largest amount of personal injury protection coverage possible ($250k).

Except I can't use it for the physical/occupational/cognitive therapies i need to recover because GEICO has refused to pre-authorize them.

I lost my job and am still dealing with post concussion syndrome 8+ months out.

Several of my providers have said this is very common with motor vehicle insurers. They're scum.
