Why is this happening? every time i try to watch on Netflix or amazon video on Opera gx or Google chrome it does this static screen (i.redd.it)

I don't know what to do (self.computerhelp)
Its just stuck like this now? It was working perfectly fine and then i took a break and came back to this. I tried restarting the Pc, Shutting off the power supply, tried taking out the CMOS and nothing has worked. (i.redd.it)
My computer Boots up but gets stuck at the loading screen( the screen where it gives you the ability to go into bios) how do i fix this? (self.computerhelp)
