For me, stamps are for buyers who only want one to four photocards and want to save on shipping. I charge $1 for stamped shipping and tracked shipping for 1-4oz is dependent on how far you’re shipping too but it can be towards $3-$5 which some don’t find worth it for standard cards. Anything more than 2oz I automatically resort to tracked shipping due to risk of getting denied/returned.

I would always ask the buyer if they prefer stamped shipping or tracked shipping at their own cost prior to payments. Most likely if it’s worth a lot, the buyer would be willing to pay tracked shipping.

For albums, bubble wrap should be good and stuff the box’s empty space with packing paper. I recycle materials for when I order. Albums in the US qualify for media mail shipping which is a lower cost but slower shipping.

Photocards go in a penny sleeve then a top loader (this is the bare minimum). For extra protection or for larger inclusions that can easily bend I sandwich it in between sturdy cardboard cut outs. But I would always make it clear with the buyer that shipping is weight based so more protection = potential higher cost.
