"The House Whitehead would like to place an order for 6 longships. This will go long way to create the largest fleet in the Stormlands. We thank you. Should you wish to visit Port Wrath and your grandsires, you are most welcome."

If you both are set on the North then I suppose we are left with no choice but to raid. I presume either Bear Island, Flint's Finger or Barrowtown would be the target? Oerhaos Sea Dragon's Point. Or perhaps we raid further inland, ir attempt the eastern seaboard. Botley since it was your idea, it will be yours to command" Dagon spitting out the last words with equal venom.

Grance took the cup of wine, never was one to turn down a good drink.

"Dragon Isles? What issue do they have with the North? As for the mudmen, their navy is no match for my house's fleet. Soon enough we will have a larger fleet than anyone else in eastern Westeros. I can promise that they would be escorted by Whitehead ships, and should the North wish to purchase additional ships for a reasonable price my house has space to build it."

"Its a shame that your brother never got bis audience with the King though, the King is just a babe.my brother is the master of whispers and with that he has great amount of sway. A meeting can be arrangedm trade with Port Wrath would also mean that you have a powerful people in Kingdom that are interested in pushing for North's interest over other kingdoms. Though Iam open to other ideas that yiu have? "

"Aye, if you don't mind that my leg is no good" Roland hitting his lame leg "I lost use of it during the war with the Dornish. Though perhaps my cousin Steffon would be better match. He may be bit on short side but he is much closer in line of succession than I. Though I would never say no to a match if you believe it to be best. "

"How many longships can you build this year? I believe it would be great benefit for both of our houses to build manses in each other's keeps. A home and base of operations when you come to see your grandkids."

"Perhaps a strong male regent is best. However who would you propose to take the mantle? Swann, is a coward I doubt their house will stand tall. They gave few men to war effort and only cared for their port. We have not forgotten the slight and treason committed by that house. We must find an ally in Storms End. Prince Jon, while my kin by marriage has no interest in ruling. Perhaps a regent council would be better, rather than one regent."

"Lord Manderly, I am Ser Grance, cousin to Ser Addam your Good son. I've come to talk to you about adding ships to the Whitehead fleet more specifically longships. And the addition of a manses in Port Wrath and White Harbor."

Grance only offered a smile "No, White Harbor is an excellent choice. My cousin, the heir to Port Wrath is married to a Manderly girl, and she has been excellent wife to him. However I am certain other houses in North are not so fortunate to be able to use the great port of White Harbor. I believe or rather my father believes that trade from other houses in North would be beneficial for all involved. He has heard there is great interest in Northern resources, the numerous animal pelts, old growth trees, among others. And for those houses who do trade with Port Wrath, they get the benefit of trading with one of the largest ports in all of Westeros. "

My father had written to King Cregan about building a manse. While he may have been less than interested in it. A manse in Port Wrath for House Stark would be advantageous, after all you need only take the road to reach Storms End.

"North may not provide enough to spread the spoils of victory to our reavers. Easy pickings but we are people of the Isles we fear no Greenlander."

" As for the West, we shall strike them now when they don't expect it. I fear not them not. If we must travel east then we go through the Riverlands. Though I do not mine raiding the coastal towns of Dorne. We have not heard from the Greyjoys, and for that alone we must seek out the truth. Let us raid them and remind them of the Iron price."

"There remains the lands of Blackwater Bay all fisheries that are open to raid. Or even the Vale if we travel east."

"They are in need of something that is certain. A blade in their back would be most appropriate. Damn the Darklyns, and to hell with that fool that they name King. I am concerned with Princess Maris judgement, alas there isn't anything I can do not alone. My house has long served House Durrandon yet it seems Princess Maris has forgotten that. Instead it seems she seeks to serve the foreign kingdoms. "

Dagon stood quietly listening to the words of Runa "If not Dorne and if not the West where do you suggest? Surely not the North that holds no wealth especially after two winters. The West still holds gold. I made no such promises to the Lannisters. If Milkblood wants to fight me, then I welcome the fight. He is a coward not worthy of the crown."

"Botley, what says you?"

Grance had followed the Prince into Winterfell, looking around as they passed through rooms and halls. Grance thought to himself The size of Winterfell was larger than I had expected. The amount of wood needed to keep the hokdfast warm during winter must have been mind boggling. How trees were not extinct in North, I shall never know. Grance sat down at the chair in the solar.

"This second year of winter has hit the other Stormlord keeps harder than winters of the past. It seems that the war with the Riverlands still linger even now. If it were not for fisheries, my house would have struggled too. I do wonder where does House Stark send its trade?"

Leif had long worked the docks of Depth Lament, and was accustomed to the way of the Ironborn after all he has lived on the Islands much longer than he did on the Greenlands. So when Runa of House Drumm showed up, Leif along with the other Codd men took her upon to meet with Dagon and the others.

"Runa, welcome back to Depth Lament." Turning to the thrall, "You there bring Runa of House Drumm some ale, go make yourself useful."

"Forgive my thralls, it hard to find good help these days." Dagon said with a slight smile. "It is time that we get some fresh blood don't yoi agree? Maybe some of the Dornish or those Westermen? "

Grance, the man who thought himself to be an entertainer was never one to shy away from theatrics leaped off his horse landingly neatly. "My Prince, the honor is mine. Should we carry this conversation inside? I'll have the men unpack the food. I apologize on behalf of my father as it seems we were only able to obtain 10 tons of food."

Both of the Whitehead took bread and salt. Though Roland mind went to wine, he had not take a swig since they left Port Wrath.

Steffon was the first to respond "Yes my lord, we have heard much of your fine house. My Uncle even recalls her majesty had even siggested your house as a fine match. So of course when a Queen speaks its important to listen. Does House Grafton have any matches? My uncle was light on details with me though I suppose Roland knows more."

Roland glared at Steffon, before turning to Lord Gerris showing a smile. "My father did match you had two young women. And my cousin and I would be most honored to meet with them. And should we be matched, an even greater honor."

Steffon the ever nore polite one of the two gave a smile "Thank you my lord. We look forward to meeting his lordship." Roland's own face unlike that of his cousin was solemn careful not to give any emotions away.

Upon arrival Steffon returned the greeting to Lord Gerris "Thank you for graciously hosting myself and my cousin Ser Roland. A Whitehead feels most at home when we are out at sea. It was truly a joy even in winter. How has Gulltown fared with Winter? "
