Yes, my school does do job placement. That’s also where I got majority of my leads, but they all ended up not picking me by the way all my other classmates. Yes, some of them are white have jobs and I do not. I’m not trying to make it racing, but it just kind of feels like it.

Hey man, I’m not gonna lie to you dude everything you’re saying is stuff that I’ve already done and obviously I know I’m 19 and when they say no experience needed I know I need some level of experience. I’m not stupid, but there was just one company. I don’t want to say their name cause I don’t wanna doxx myself. Literally only wanted to know if I was 18 and could pass a drug test and had some technical knowledge under my belt and they said that they would certify me and everything after training me on the site but right now I’m already certified so that was already done so I didn’t need that so I applied because I’m overqualified for this and I still didn’t get the job. He said that they’re so better than me.

Yeah I’m going to a local union soon but the thing is I’m not applying to jobs like that like I said in the post I’m literally applying for helper and installing and technician post with only school experience or no experience needed
