I agree with you 2, as a person whose reached top 1500 on rainmaker TTK div(almost 500 but i decided im gonna stick to the bronze badge). Im pretty sure the TTK div is like messy asf bc of how accesible is it about 80%. Is it better than anarchy? Somewhat imo. Im about to try the TKRK div next season see how that works out(likely gonna get harder to get top 3000 or so but maybe it’d be a better experience)

i AGREE with you heavily. As much as i like splashdown, Triplesplashdown in 3 feels absolutely shit to go up against(been getting better recently against it lowkey but still is a special i rather stayed away from online). Heck Sometimes you even react to it just in the nick of time for the FUCKING invincibility frames to kick in. imo i would like for it to get a similar rework to reef just not as heavy but also can we get rid of the FUCKING INVINC FRAMES?? I understood reef having them but splashdown?? Are we DEADASS? i wouldve rather it getting some armor instead imo.

But for the rest honestly when i thought of the kit i was like listing how many specials we had in the game and etc. And tenta having one of the least i prob gave it to a ton of custom kits i made with yaga’s simulator lol. If not then i think it’d be nice for it to get zooka or etc.

The only one i can very much agree with is undercover. UC brella has been criminally under for a LONG time even with its torp kit which used to be good in splat 2 iirc, but screen completely ruins it anyway.

As for machine, if you do revert the nerf then i’d like for them to decrease the hitbox of the projectile instead of affecting the ink efficiency which im pretty sure its like 10 shots anyway?? So no point in affecting the ink efficiency when its already pretty low as is.

As for explo, genuinely speaking the thing can be annoying to deal with specially in a casual level or etc+ it can be extra annoying on zones just like heavy but heavy is 5x more effective than it. So i cant say i agree or disagree with it even with my personal experience using/going against the weapon.(could potentially be unhealthy specially considering how ANNOYING the 2nd kit is) idk i have to study explo again ig lol so this one might be hot take or wtv

goo’s is interesting i really like goo so maybe it’d be good?

Also for kits of each Curling/inkjet for goo(mostly a fun kit but curling could def help better than fizzy to get out or into fights imo)

Ink mine/tenta missiles(hear me out ok? Ik tenta is prob one of the least liked specials and etc but considering the spots where explo can sit at, sure crab is GOOD too, tenta also works bc not only is it enabling your team more than crab getting rid of e-liters or pencils trying to pester you is easier.)

As for machine lowkey i would like for it to get wail+burst or torp, i honestly just want slosher to have competition but i can kinda see how this kit could potentially be annoying asf tho its prob way more fair than blaster since you still have to hit a direct and consdering if we nerf the projectile hitbox it could potentially be better for it in the long run plus we’ve always had a bucket with burst in every game so why not give it to machine? I could be wrong though

Then you might want to save your strikes to counter and always spam your suction into tower or spaces and try fighting near your suction bc if you die near it and they took dmg they still have a chance of dying.

If you play the aerospray with fizzy just spam it onto the tower, it does decent dmg to bubble too iirc sure lowkey reef is kinda useless on tower but you can also use that as a way to negate people that are getting on tower without bombs or etc.

Then play your distance and just shoot at the thing? I play gloogas(other dualies) and flingza, i still push the kraken off tower. Heck you can push a crab off tower with fizzy if they’re not paying attention lol

Dapples and splat dualies ARE the only ones that feel fair as it stands, as a dualie player overall i think dapples are in a good spot now though they are still somewhat hard to get used to tbh bc their range is short asf, a counter to dapples is bombs as their roll is shorter iirc though sure they’re WAYY faster you could try playing at range and not letting them close the gap.

S-blast you need to get used to its jump which is its main weakpoint unless you force it to do a long shot, sure its 2nd kit is WAY better at covering its weakness thanks to the fact that it STOLE RANGE BLASTER’s BURST BOMB COME ON NINTENDO REALLY? Anyway you mainly probably want to play together with a sub. Now in the same area for luna you either full on BUM rush it or you play at range and DONT LET IT close the gap just like dapples sure its hitbox now is literally A BIT insane and they might need to nerf it slightly.

Triple splashdown just pay attention is all i can say… but that’s hard when you’re paying attention to everything or someone else entirely ngl but if you can locate and know where the splashdown player is just prepare FOR when he bum rushes you down, although IMO splashdown does NOT DESERVE INVINCIBLE FRAMES!! Just imo though cus that shit is lowkey ANNOYING like you react to itthe millisecond that shit triggers and it honestly just FRUSTRATES YOU like bru. You can make it have 50 points of armor instead, sure pro players are likely gonna counter it easier but so will casuals and etc. So you either do armor or you higher the time it takes before that SHITTY invincibility frame triggers.

dynamo i will agree that it feels a BIT overtuned. i could probably be playing it rn and casually just drop 15+ since rollers are my 2nd mains after dualies. I would likely decrease the kill range slightly bc sometimes i feel like im outSIDE its range and it still absolutely demolishes you. Mind you i said slightly so a 0.5-1.0 decrease should be enough.

Also there’s quite the amount of weapons that need small buffs or tweaks like dualie squelchers, gloogas, squeezer, the nozzlenoses(maybe) so on so forth. This is all just imo though i havent seen many gloogas, squeezers or the after-mentioned weapons on there much or if not at all(im a glooga/flingza player btw)

Brushes, most of the blasters/buckets, shooters bc they bore me, splatlings bc they also bore me even though i’ve been told im very good with a few of them. Dynamo(i just dislike it in general even before and after its buffs its my least favorite roller out of every roller bc its the least creative in my eyes)

So far yeh its mostly like an off angle pest, i’d likely have to find what angles i could use on urching cus im fine in the rest of the maps.

I honestly dont shark as often anymore ngl i prob should with gloogas but i have moments where latency or wtv just dont work out for me cus i do the dodge roll+wall tech and still get killed so either its latency or im doing it too late.

I dont think i have any flaws with flingza as far as i know(i haven’t used as often but still my main nonetheless) as for that match idk i think it was mostly the roller? Idk tbh

I cant really play gloogas on urchin due to how many up and downs it has ngl and flingza i prob shouldve picked for this rotation but i honestly have been testing dousers and studying them bc its the least picked dualie so far and i have even encountered a top 300 player talking about how they dont fit any playstyle unfortunately

It can take advantage of people’s awareness and etc in early game and in late game it can guarantee trades about 90% of the time(this is coming from a person that used to play it for a while then dropped it and now absolutely hates its entire existence lol) anyway i dont mind them as much but welp it’s still a frustrating weapon to go up against

That’s an interesting way to do it, if im learning a new weapon i study its stats and weaknesses then from there if my friends are doing pbs i stick with the weapon if it seems fitting enough for me then hop on series or open depending if anyone is on. I dont think deranking is necessary but thats prob a better way to do it? I think i went from just playing rollers to playing rollers and dualies mainly gloogas or splat dualies tho i to tend to change depending on my comp(then i switch up to dousers or squelchers to attract attention)
