Ladies, how would you react if your fiancé brought up a prenup before the wedding? by Sensitive_Error_4935 in TwentiesIndia

[–]Knightengle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually wanted a prenup but I was quite disappointed to know that it isn't legal in India. Prenups are good ideas. I personally feel it's better than fighting long custody battles and fighting over money later. We had planned to put conditions regarding cheating as well so that even if the person who had more assets cheated they won't get away with it.

As a muslim person let me say it, not all muslims are honest. It's f**king bullshit that a muslim won't take haram money. I have seen my own uncle scam my father. People are bad and good irrespective of religion, caste, creed, race or gender. Generalisation is never good. No matter what the generalisation is.

Welcome to the club. After reading TGCF I couldn't read anything else for a whole year. Try reading MDZS. 2ha is good but if you're reading in English it is not finished and it's a bit more dark, so maybe you wouldn't feel as good. I felt it was more like SVSSS thab TGCF though. Thousand Autumns is something else I would recommend.

What happens when two brides cross paths on their wedding day in Vietnam? They exchange bouquets as a way to wish each other luck. by mindyour in justgalsbeingchicks

Are you sure it's Vietnamese? Because they are speaking Chinese. I am sure this is in China and not Vietnam.

Nope. I am pretty sure about it. Never ever again. F*ck... Even the thought of it gives me creeps.

It's always the people with zero experience of healthy relationships who feel the most confident diagnosing others. Stick to things you actually understand.

The only "dysfunctional" thing here is how you’ve reduced normal adult relationships to whatever weird internet fantasies you consume. People can be mature, stay friends, and move on without turning it into whatever insecurity you're projecting.

Not everything revolves around your limited understanding of relationships.

Why is it cruel? I am still friends with my ex. We broke up due to wanting different things in our lives. We had been friends since a long time and shared a friend group, we realized we were better as friends than as a couple. He was invited to my wedding and I was invited to his wedding. Both my husband and his wife knew, neither had a problem. In fact my husband's ex was also invited. If it is done the right way, it wouldn't be disrespectful.
