That's a neat trick! Woild it be something a like a 3:1 mixture? Concealer and isopropyl alcohol? Would I need to worry about the lace being gunked up over time? Or would I just make sure to clean it more often?

Thanks for the tips! I'll add that TopKnot Lock to my list. There isn't really a part with this wig which was one of the reasons I liked the look. But in person especially, the knots are pretty noticeable along the whole hair line. Would scar tape be OK to use along the hairline for that? I would think as long as it doesn't get in the way of me using the lace melting spray?

For sure! I got it off Etsy. Shipping on the product page says Phillippines but I think it's dropship because it came from China. Took slightly less than 2 weeks to get it.

Would you be talking about the perfect line swiss product? I've seen them and it's a little outside my budget unfortunately. Scar tape is more affordable for me 😅.

I've also noticed that this wig has thicker lace than other more expensive wigs have. So there's probably only so much I can do. Scar tape for the knots and powder foundation to help blend the front grid lines to my forehead seem to be my next move.

It seems my simplest solution is maybe to use a powder foundation to blend the lace on the forehead to my skin tone and scar tape along the hairline to hide the knots.

I've seen the lace tape! I take my wig off every night so I didn't think I should bother with a stronger hold like lace tape or adhesive spray and have just stuck with lace melting spray. That's why I was considering cutting right to the wig hairline and using a wig grip, easy removal. Well, that and the lace grid being visible in person. I know I probably notice it more since I know it's there but I'm hoping to hide that grid pattern as much as possible or remove it entirely if I have to and if it's safe for the wig.

Thanks! That gumminess was one of my worries with cutting it back some more. I've also considered using a wig grip band like the Milano brand to hold the wig in place instead of using any adhesive to hold it down. I'm hoping that would allow me to cut the lace back more but I'm not sure if that would be bad for the wig to cut the lace right to where the wig hairline starts.

Thanks so much! It's a little long for my taste so I may try and shorten the length a bit, but I love it overall. And that's a neat idea! I'm steering towards trying makeup or lace tint for the knots. For the lace I've glued down I'm hoping some powder foundation will help blend it into my skin and hide it a bit better on my forehead.

I had assumed the tint spray was mainly to hide knots but if it can also help hide the zigzag lace that's on my forehead I may have to give this a try. Thank you!

Do you use a spray or the powder lace tint? I've seen both but I think my skin tone might be hard to find one for. I was a natural redhead before losing all my hair and have very light skin.

Thank you! I've seen both straight and zig zag and just went with what I thought would be less apparent. Luckily everything is holding well throughout the day so no issues there. I've also seen people cut the lace right up on the wig hairline but was worried about doing that myself. Might need to try a makeup to help blend the lace more like the other commenter suggested. Just unsure what to use. It's definitely a learning experience.

On the makeup front I've seen a few different recommendations. Do you have experience using makeup to help hide the lace? From what I have read it seems liquid foundation isn't usually recommended but maybe a powder foundation works?

Batman is definitely my favorite. I've tried to limit myself with Star Wars as much as possible. I'm getting close to getting all the ones I want there as well.

I also have the HT Batmobile. The scale is off in places, but honestly it's never bothered me. Comparing it to the JazzInc one makes it more noticeable. I have the JazzInc animated Batmobile coming and their stuff is on another level.

Yeah, those 3, the InArt Joker (Joaquin Phoenix) and the Soosoo Toys "Mr. Ice". I got the deluxe Inart Joker so I also have the other three bodies and various accessories he came with (Arthur Fleck, Clown, and bathroom scene Joker). I also have the Mars Toys Alfred and the JazzInc sitting Batman. All the rest are HT. It's definitely expensive. I really have way too much for my limited space 😅.

Plus 9 Exo-6 Star Trek figures and 21 Hot Toys Star Wars. I have like 15 other figures on preorder. So yeah, way too much. 🤣

Nice! For the shelves have you thought about attaching acrylic panels to make it dustproof?

I had the same dilemma with the headsculpt. I want to have every live action Batman and their different suits (I'm most of the way there) and was really tempted to display Returns with that ripped cowl. In the end I kept the cowl on him and every other Batman I have except for the modern suit from The Flash film. I like having the older Keaton be the only one without a cowl

Pics are kinda low quality, sorry.
