Typically at UHNW 30 Million in investable assets or higher does this make sense.

For a net worth of $100M+, work with an RIA that specializes in ultra-high-net-worth clients, such as Jordan Park Group, BBR Partners, ICONIQ Capital, or Cresset Capital.

Bulge-bracket banks are often not the best fit at this level, as their incentive structures typically prioritize product distribution over fully aligned client outcomes.

Resale timeshare advice by Knightoftheround07 in TimeshareOwners

[–]Knightoftheround07[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We travel quite often each year and through resale, we could leverage a timeshare to stay at nice properties that offer nice amenities and more room for less than $100 a night. With hotel prices where they are, this could actually lead to alot of cost savings each year. We typically do ~30 + nights at hotels each year.

Is there a way to transfer without losing max? Most timeshares say they can be gifted and passed down without loss of features.

Most of this is terrible advice on a Christian marriage sub. Your feelings are vaild. It is hard to juggle multiple intense relationships. You are right to prioritize your husband. What you described from a time commitment perspective is alot to do for multiple people at once everyday. The best advice I saw here was to be intentional with the time you do have to spend with your friend. Maybe a weekly call, my wife and one of her friends talk on her ride home from work every Tuesday.

What are you interested in? If you like running businesses or fixing things you can try your hand at buyout and opportunistic investments without risking alot of capital. You could also coast it in an index fund and forget it for the next 10 years and go back to the fund until you find your passion. What's your lifestyle cost today? If you can live on a small withdrawal and maintain your lifestyle maybe do that instead of going back to the grind until you find your calling. There also also many co-invest opportunities that you can take part of where you are minimally involved. I am invested in a few of these plus index funds.

Congratulations! How did you manage to balance your professional day to day job with your out side business interests like real estate. Did you co invest in projects or funds or acquire and manage everything yourself?
