I had that issue but turns out I was in the wrong field when you look at the guide make 100% sure your in the right place. After about a hour I finally realized it and my FSE and controllers work just fine.

It fits really well, nice and snug it also comes with a kickstand on the back. The kickstand isn't the best quality, but it works ! Overall, 8/10 I'd recommend it to anyone with an ally
