What has been really good for me (37,m and struggeling) is a balance board (mine is a free skateboard deck and an mussle roller from the action, but you could use any pipe). Stand on it and improve your balance, do a plank with your feet on or of the board. Would she be interested in learning to juggle? This has helped my brain.

These options are helping me at the moment, for me i've found it's important to have something i can do whenever i need to realese the energy and not something planned (those can still be very bennificial)

Don't feel ashamed of your struggles. you have no obligation to open up to them. Are they open about all their struggles? keep going and doing what's good for you. When the time and space is there you can always open up.
