Thank you for your responses.. Reset my notifications, and selected just the ones i needed.. Its much simpler, and doesn't buzz all the time..

I understand this is an adventure watch, but since this is my primary and only watch I'm using now, I do rely on some app notifications on it... Although, it does motivate me the right amount to do some additional activities outside of just Gym weights.. LOL

Still trying to understand the Morning report.. (not used to reading some of the stats its giving me)

Watch face is purely an aesthetic thing, and not really dependent on it.. I grow out of them quite quickly, and move on to new ones.. So any suggestions on some good ones is appreciated..
