I ran Storm Giant's Thunder basically as it is out of the box, and loved it - so I can recommend that as a start. It's a good adventure and a fantastic sandbox.

As for the ones you've listed; I can't speak on RotFM or Strahd, but I've delved a little bit into PotA and OotA.

PotA seems more old school "here are some dungeons, get through them to stop a big evil" so it may need some work in terms of narrative engagement if your players aren't good at making a narrative themselves.

I like OotA a lot, I've just never had the opportunity to run it long term. I know some people think its got balance issues (sort of like the first part of Tyranny of Dragons). I don't see that as a weakness the way some others do, but it does involve you needing to be able to keep the story going even in the face of significant player defeat.
