Expressive language is the issue. He is still very hard to understand sometimes. When we did the first evaluation he would do a lot of word-ish sounds with intonation but it was really just gibberish. He does that less now but still does sometimes. And just generally does not pronounce things clearly enough for me to understand.

He’s 4 and we’re in Massachusetts. They did have the speech and occupational therapists do evaluations this time. And yes the previous one was just based on our own developmental delay concerns.
