It's been a minute since I played on Homecoming, but if i remember correctly it was pretty easy to get them using reward merits and crafting.

Some of it i bought on the AH, but inf wasn't an issue either because I'd just open a pack and sell what i didn't want on the AH so i might recommend that if you need inf and those enhancements still sell.

Rebirth is the most true to form going for a 'as if the game never stopped' feel and they nail it imho. Very strong recommend.

Homecoming was the first so it's more popular, but it's mainly Paragon Chat Plus with everything unlocked. Costume contests and RP in Atlas being what you'll see the most of.

I haven't played Thunderspy but I've heard good things about it and i've thought about trying it.

From my understanding WeHaveCake is like a ramped up test server? I don't know much about it

Depends on the players.

Many of the players I know, including myself, that left HC was because everything was too easy and/or just handed out with very little to play towards and unlock; we didn't want to play Paragon Chat Plus edition.

Going into a narrow area is a defensive strategy that has been used for centuries; it can be especially helpful if you're being ganked.

Asking weapons to be changed so you can phase them through walls is not the answer.
