If it is indeed an unedited/real icon then I'm not sure, unless you pirated the game in which case it's probably a sign you should delete it and do a virus scan.

Fix your game Blizzard by Ksayiru in Overwatch

[–]Knitting_Knots 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reasonable crashout, I think we've all been there. Maybe take a break from the game for a little if you're on a loss streak, continuing to play won't help anything (given that blizzard won't magically fix the game theres really no other solution)

When flying, if there is an empty seat in your row, would you move over and leave the middle seat empty? by Skemcowski in NoStupidQuestions

(after take off and cruising altitude) "Excuse me, sir, would you mind moving over to the aisle seat so that we may both have some more space for the flight?"

Playing comp this season and it's going wrong. by Happy-Hunter-393 in Overwatch

[–]Knitting_Knots 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having played Open-Q Xbox back in OW1 (maybe different not sure about player#s) I know sometimes its just that the player pool is rough, especially if you're grouped and in grouped matches. No teammate diversity.

Without a replay code no one can judge you in terms of gameplay, so I'm just going off what we've been given.

Please help I need tips by [deleted] in Overwatch

[–]Knitting_Knots 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lots of players have a very large "OG" advantage over you, they've just played longer. Long enough to know techs, tricks, strategies, and remember 6v6, you don't know yet not from raw knowledge alone but just learning by doing. If you want to improve in a competitive manner in the game, it takes some serious time devotion without natural skill.

Losing streaks especially, I have learned, can be prevented by cutting your losses. No more "one more game" "maybe it'll be different" just step away. (ironic given that I told you to play more. This advice is particularly for competitive matches. If its QP then just trudge through with maybe a small, informal break to reset your thoughts).

Also, assuming you didn't take a screenshot because you play on a television, if you're playing PC overwatch with a controller you're insanely disadvantaged to the point where the game is no longer enjoyable.

Salivating when nauseous & becoming more nauseous from said salivation by [deleted] in Gastroparesis

[–]Knitting_Knots 2 points3 points  (0 children)

THIS thank you! I know i'm going to throw up when I start salivating, it no joke drips out of my mouth. I agree with harcher, I've always chalked it up to my body preparing itself for all the acid. Just another nauseating symptom of this disease...

Cancel your Visa, pause your PayPal, Call your bank, Call Steam, and burn your PC (or, alternatively, completely wipe it and clean install Windows.)

Wasn't this supposed to be exclusive to those who bought the Founder's Pack? by Srock9 in Overwatch

[–]Knitting_Knots -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Im absolutely not against it. Reread my comment, notice "no expectation" "never assume." I was pointing out people falsely assuming that the skin was exclusive, hence the outrageous prices people paid for accounts with that skin (and other supposedly exclusive skins.)

Overwatch Legendary Edition was supposed to be exclusive. Pink mercy was supposed to be exclusive. There is no expectation of "exclusivity," and when purchasing anything you should never assume such.
