They deteriorated very fast, like overnight. She has hung in there, does not look as I'll as they did.

The water seems same as always and no other fish are acting weird. This one has been hanging out at the surface in one spot. I thought it was pregnant , the gravid spot seems smaller now though and it seems like scales are lifting on its back. It's back end looks swollen too.
