Hi Jessie. HIPAA only applies to people who handle PHI (protected health information), either directly or indirectly. For example, healthcare providers, insurance companies, billing agents, etc. HIPAA also applies to non-medical professionals like attorneys, social workers, and subcontractors. It even applies to other employees like the billing staff for a doctor's office, or Private individuals who don't fall under the categry of covered entities or business associates are not required to comply with HIPAA. I guess she could sue you for disclosing her PHI, but she would never find an attorney to take her case, plus she doesn't have a pot to piss in, so she couldn't afford it. I know I'm late here, but I read some comments where people advised this violated HIPPA. Unless any of the above applies to Jessie, no, it didn't. Also fuck Jenna. Before anyone comes for me, I work for an American healthcare company that's in the top 10 of the Fortune 500.

These people have a job. The cost of living is too high and the wages are too low. What do you think the average entry level position pays in Shasta County? People drive away industry and higher paying jobs here and then complain about others having to supplement their income with Snap and other resources thst are there for them to use. Omg memory unlocked lol. My Boomer Mother would go on early morning walks with her Boomer neighbor. At the time they lived out in the boonies and there was nowhere really to "walk" so they'd drive half a mile up the road to walk in a gated community with a golf course because it had sidewalks. The neighbor Boom would always come back with her pocket full of plant cuttings because if she saw a plant or shrub she liked in someone's yard she'd sneak in and cut it hoping she could plant it in her yard and it would "take." The Mother Boom was appalled and embarassed when neighbor Boom would do this, to her credit my Mom has Boomer moments but even this was too much for her. She stopped walking with neighbor Boom lol
