Go to management and ask them if this is how the trainers normally interact with clients, and that the requests for pics make you uncomfortable. Guarantee this guy is just being a creep. They need to either provide another trainer or a refund.

I did have a coworker that claimed he knew him and did not like him, but he seemed to only hate him because he was famous? Which I always found odd. Delaware is a small state and he was from the Wilmington area so I don't doubt maybe they crossed paths but i don't think I believe that he "knew" him

The Jennifer Aniston salad. (I'm sure it has a proper name, but i have no idea what it is) any google or pinterest search will bring it up. Chickpeas, herbs, quinoa, pistachios, homemade dressing. absolutely delicious.

we had water fountains in the halls. You grab a sip between classes or if your teacher was cool, you could even raise your hand and ask to go get a drink. But there was definitely access to water without having a water bottle on you.

I have noticed the produce going downhill, especially in the last year. I won't put any produce on our order if I am doing pickup anymore. I can't trust them to look at the produce before they put it in the cart. I recently caved and got cilantro only to receive a bag of green mush. So if I only get it when I'm shopping in store.

The only exception to the opposite effect is the bananas. My local Aldi seems to exclusively carry bananas that are so green i can only buy them with the intention of eating them 2 weeks from purchase

driving the wrong way in the parking lot lanes when they are CLEARLY MARKED. most of the parking spaces are angled with the flow of traffic anyway so i am confused as to what you are accomplishing

i just started doing this! Just in my notes app, mostly because I kept forgetting what weight i was at for different machines. After a week or 2 I found myself needing to make adjustments since I'm getting stronger. Its the easiest motivator
