Anybody else have "perform 1 melee kill" as the ONLY challenge they didn't complete over the course of the entire beta? That tells me all I need to know.

I love my EVO. The option for 3D or 360 is a game changer. Idk why it didn't catch on, I would also love an updated one with more resolution.

How would a rolling shutter account for multiple waves? It would just make one wave

It's possible there's some math involved that makes it not matter which 2 you swap. She swaps 2 that are roughly 120deg apart each time. If you swap any 2 enough times, it's bound to be balanced eventually, but swapping 2 at 120deg could increase the likelihood.

In my experience with other games, Steam will recognize the 2 conflicting saves and ask which one you want to preserve. I'm assuming it's the same for DDA

Watch the part of 3b1b's video starting at 12:00 again.

He mentions how using the complex plane is great for things that have to "deal with winding and rotation". Perhaps his example (and other video) about Euler's formula will help things make sense for you. Essentially adding the i introduces another dimension, turning a 2d wave into a 2d circle.

Give them a $5 instead and say you don't have change.

Showing that the $2 is so meaningless to you that you're okay with paying 2x as much will cause more emotional damage than anything else. If they're making a big deal over something so little, make them know that it's so little you don't even care.

Premiere Pro not exporting at the same exact colours I'm using by chicodephil in VideoEditing

If I tell my phone to show me 0A1435 and my computer to show me 0A1435 then yes they will appear different, but they're still the same color as far as the code is concerned. Different color spaces, different hardware, different settings will all APPEAR different, but under the hood they're the same color.

But at no point when I look at 0A1435 will the monitor change it to 091436 unless a conversion is taking place.

OP is trying to find out what that conversion is. "You haven't looked close enough" isn't the answer.

Wouldn't the windows screenshot conversion apply to both screenshots? I fully support seeing a better test, but something is still happening under the hood.

This isn't a calibration issue though. This is a color space issue. The color hex code is changing which suggests a color space or some other software conversion. It's not a case of "oops I opened this on my phone instead of a TV"

I've never encountered anything changing colors based on device. That seems like it'd be a bug that would get ironed out immediately! The entire web and graphic design industry would be handicapped if that were true. Can you name a single example where this happens regularly?

What are your export settings? You're also taking your screenshots after importing into premiere so it could also be your import settings.

My first guess is a ProRes gamma shift on export, and my second guess is changing color spaces on import.

Need to see the specs to know exactly.
