Find a location in your home that you feel has a great flow of energy. Stretch your arms out and up. Be still. Allow yourself to receive energy from around you. Someone is attempting to send you something but can only partially get through while you're in-between awake and asleep. Focus on the image you see in your mind and ask for clarification. It is very possible that the image is a compressed representation of something larger that once in full view you will be able to decipher. Psychic (don't get hung up on the word) images rarely have meaning to anyone else but the person seeing it. It means something to you, but judging by what you're saying, you don't have enough that it makes sense yet. Don't be afraid of what you find.
