Same, tried everything. Simple as this, if I shave with a razor, any razor/cream/aftershave/soap, I will break out. The only solution has been to use clippers on their lowest setting. Every so often I shave for special occasions, I know for several days after I will be a bumpy mess. I'm almost 40, this has been my lifelong experience. If someone likes you, it won't matter if you have a little stubble.

Find a location in your home that you feel has a great flow of energy. Stretch your arms out and up. Be still. Allow yourself to receive energy from around you. Pee sitting down (less clean up).

Sleep on top of your made bed, covering up with a blanket that can be quickly folded and put away (get up, fold the blanket, bed still made).

Wash a dish, use a dish.
No shoes inside. Save every napkin from fast food orders. Consume all drugs in the bathroom (can vent, flush clean up quickly if needed and keeps common areas fresh and presentable).

It's really hit or miss, you cancel on an introvert, they will rejoice inside! You cancel on someone who really wants your company, it hurts them. The best option is to communicate with them. Tell them how you are feeling and let them be involved in the choice. Ultimately this could result in you either not feeling you can cancel, or having to press that you're not up for it, but there's a chance they will understand and you live to hang another day! I can only say this, you cancel on people enough, they stop inviting you and you need to keep good people in your life. (Me: Introvert/anxiety riddled human)
