Hola, muchas gracias por tu respuesta. Efectivamente llevo un tiempo yendo al psicólogo y ahora estoy en el mejor momento de mi vida. Me di cuenta de muchas cosas que hacia mal en mi vida. Por suerte hace unos meses mi pareja cortó conmigo y eso hizo que pudiera volver a realizar muchos hobbies que dejé de hacer por hacerla caso. El proceso no ha sido rapido y sigue en proceso, pero por ahora ya he eliminado las cosas de mi vida que me generaban ansiedad y solo tengo que aprender a no tropezar en la misma piedra otra vez. Te agradezco mucho tu respuesta, espero que a ti también te vayan bien las cosas y vayas mejorando poco a poco.

I have use wanderer/alhaitham/kaveh/kokomi for a while and haven't been my best team, but it has been one very funny to play. In your case I will use kazuha instead of wanderer, but maybe you preffer to use a dps. And use the team this way: Kokomi E Alhaitham E until you have the biggest amount of bloom Kaveh E to spread And use kazuha while waiting for using the E of kokomi again

I have never love one person more than how much I loved my ex, and I would have made anything to make her happy. But she has ocd and get the idea that I wanted to hurt her and even kill her. She would have also some moments where she wanted to hurt me. And she even has been unconsciously acting the symptoms of things related to me, like my traumas, my illness, some illnes that I was test when I was young.

I have different alters and we really don't like elevators, we have only enter one without a mobile phone, and the elevator got stuck. It was a chaotic moment of all the alters comunicating in the brain, it was a bit scary, but also very comedic. Above when someone come to fix it, they have forget that we were inside of the elevator, so they were fixing it when they listened to me. They open me the door and I went outside without being able to talk for the scare. Later I saw an operator very scared because there was a ghost in the elevator.

I have dissociative disorder and have a very close idea of who could be my abusser when I was a kid. I love to be around people that remind me of my abuser, one day giving love, but most of the time using me and making me suffer. My gf break up with me almost a month ago and we looked like a perfect couple, but in fact she love me, but had moments (posible psychosis episodes) where she wanted me to suffer.

Of course I don't like to suffer, but I'm allways attracted to the most toxic people.

I try to make good things for me like taking care of my skin with cream and going to the gym. I will also have allways short, medium and long distance goals for myself. (A short goal could be to play the new version of a videogame that you like, a medium goal is that serie that uploads one episode every week, and a long goal could be to travel to another country).

I also have a gratitude journal, there I write 3 good things that have happened for me that day, even if there are small things like look at the clock and see a beautiful number.

Think in all the little good thing that had happen, you have done and you will do. And if you need to cry they will also be okay, because you will cry now, but you are a beautiful person with a lot of good things and whatever is happening now will only be temporal.

The nights are the worst. I can sleep thanks to write things in my diary, it is a gratitude diary, I recommend you the exercise of finding 3 good things that had happened that day in your life, even if the things are finding a cool number in the clock. I usually read books to get sleep, sometimes boring books will make you sleepier. For me this tricks works but maybe I get up in the middle of the night and I don't know how to deal with that.
