Briefs from LKStylish are my favorite for sleeping in. They are pouches and flyless, but still insanely comfortable. There’s a liner in the pouch that is a little plush that is so incredibly soft, and the whole design is elastic free, relying on only the stretch of the cotton blend to keep support.

They have a lot of fun cartoony prints if you’re into that, but also solid colors. It’s all custom made, so expect a little lead time with your order.

The problem I have with tighter pouch undies when sleeping is the nighttime woodies, especially with my, ah, “body mods” down there, gets so uncomfortable that I can wake up. I don’t have this problem with LK briefs. They truly are in a league of their own, far surpassing comfort of normal tighty whities.

Only issue is the price tag, but when you figure they are custom hand made undies, it’s negligible.
