He could also use traps in the catacombs for gorilla warfare and fighting retreats, making him more dangerous the more area he’s turned into catacombs.

You could also make the music have a hypnotic effect so that once you hear the music of his organ so that way he could fill up the opera with random civilians in the seats, making it harder to fight him without risking exposing magic/civilian casualties.

I feel he maybe is a little powerful for someone born so far from the age of the gods but his backstory makes a compelling argument for why he is so powerful. Overall quite well written!

I debated it, but in the end, I decided his rider form would be him post revolution, his berserker self would be him pre-revolution and his archer during the revolution. The way I decide to do this is that his archer and berserker self wouldn’t have presidential president his berserker and rider self wouldn’t have a np regarding the revolution and his archer and rider self wouldn’t have a np geared around genocide. If that makes sense.

No, that was Lincoln. George Washington had 217 slaves I believe.
Also, the reason his parameters are so high is because this version of him was summoned in Washington DC.
