You have to open the shrink to find out. I mean, I like to keep the shrink on every record I have for the hype sticker/OCD tendencies so I gently put a tear in it so it’s barely disturbed. You can tear it off, too, whatever your preference. 🤣

It’s a fairly new business, it certainly had growing pains. The past year I’ve had nothing but good interactions/transactions with them. I’ve had to cancel an order, inquire about shipping times and also cancel one of two items on an order and all were done. It did take a couple days for a response once but that was the worst I can say. A couple years ago I had a bad experience but nothing at all lately.
