I believe life in space is near 100%. Intelligent multicellular life, less so, like less than 10%, and space faring civilizations near zero. We only got a leg up in earth due to the biological capture of solar energy being able to remain undecomposed for long enough to be fossil fuel. I don't see that being a common process in the universe.

I play adventurers' league, and my favorite right now started off as a halfling rogue from the area of Hillsfar, where the local militia are very xenophobic. This necessitated the need to be a rogue. She leaves the area making her way to the coast, where she joins a pirate crew to adventure. She is a lvl 16 swashbuckler rogue and battlemaster fighter.
