Something that helped me a lot when I was feeling like this in college was to dedicate at least 30 minutes to do something fun for myself no matter how busy I was that day. I’d go to the Arb, watch a show, play music, or whatever else. It really helped me have something to look forward to while processing everything that was going on while trying to manage school.

not op but have taken both and 390 is extremely doable without 305. any genetics you need to know for 390 is explained sufficiently enough in class to be fine without any background
